Founded in 1952, in the heart of Sonoma County, Sebastopol Wranglers is a non-profit all breed, multi discipline, family oriented equestrian riding and driving club.
We offer a variety of clinics, shows, family activities, and participate in community events.
To promote the breeding, education and improvement, of driving and riding horses.
Sponsoring equestrian events under prevailing horse show rules and guidelines for the good of the Community.
The promotion of organized club rides, and improvement of riding skills.
The promotion of trails for riding throughout the Sebastopol area and Sonoma County, and the State of California.
The promotion of social activities and/or events for the pleasure of its members and guests.
The promotion of interest in riding for family groups and individual.
The promotion of and the perpetuation of good sportsmanship.
Sebastopol Wranglers, Diamond M Productions and Russian River Riders have teamed up to bring
barrel racers the Redwood Empire Challenge. The challenge consists of a series of 13 jackpots over the 2014 season
to be held at the various arenas. All you have to do to participate in the challenge is declare your competition class
(Open, Youth or Novice) and attend each producer’s jackpots. The more jackpots you attend the more points you earn. There is no additional cost to you.
We are now holding monthly Trail Obstacle Practice sessions out at the arena for members only. They are scheduled for the Thursday evenings.
The next practice is on and will start at 5:00pm.
Join us for our July Trail Ride. On we will be heading out to Point Reyes, Muddy Hollow trail head. Pretty easy riding, Not much hills at all.
So come and join us! Don't forget to bring a lunch to hang out and visit with your fellow horse people after the ride.

We have been asked by the Sonoma County Fair if we could put on a Barrel Race during the Fair. To that end, we will be putting on one of
the Redwood Empire Challenge Races on at the Fairgrounds.

Our next Board Meeting will be held at 6:00pm at the arena.
Our May General Meeting is scheduled for at Goldridge Fire Station on Hessel Rd. The meeting will be starting at 7:00pm.

CSHA is holding a Gymkhana at the SW Arean on Suday, June 29th.
Equi-Ed is holding a Tack Sale on . They are located at 3000 Porter Creek Rd., Santa Rosa.
SAFER is a local charity helping to rescue horses from bad situations or to
buy horses at the local auction for later adoption. The charity also has a program to help supply hay to horse
owners who want to keep their animals, but are having tough economic times. SAFER is also always looking for more volunteers.
