1. Dues are due and payable by the second meeting in February.
2. No members except board members and committee/show chairpersons are allowed keys for access to judging stand, bathrooms or snack bar and only for Sebastopol Wranglers sponsored events may they be used.
3. During shows or when open, the telephone may only be used for short local calls or for
Wrangler business.
4. Arena will be closed from 12 noon the day before a show.
5. Sebastopol Wranglers strongly recommends that protective headgear be worn by all
riders at The Sebastopol Wranglers facility; however, it is mandatory that protective
headgear be worn when using any jumps 2 feet in height or higher, even when only
practicing.
6. Juniors, 15 years and under may not be left unattended at arena at any time.
7. The Wranglers leaves safety in dress to the discretion of individual members, but boots,
headgear and proper equipment are strongly recommended for your safety and ours.
8. Alcohol and illegal drugs are not allowed on Sebastopol Wrangler Property.
9. All obstacles, jumps and other equipment must be returned to its original place before
leaving the arena. If it is set up when you come and you are the last to use it, it falls to
you to put it away. By the same token, if you take it out and someone else comes, you
must arrange with them who will put the equipment away.
10. When leaving, please check for your belongings and clean up any trash or mess that may
have been created by use.
11. Gates and restrooms should be closed and combination lock secured and returned to
zeroes before leaving.
12. Dogs can be a nuisance to other riders. Even if your dog is used to horses, someone
else’s horse could be affected by it. We generally recommend that dogs should be
secured at your car, trailer or left at home.
13. Please use common sense when using the arena along with less experienced persons or
children. Do not assume they are capable of avoiding trouble or you. Work out a plan
of arena use with the person if you are not sure of the situation.
14. You may rinse and water your horse at the rocked area designated at the south end of the
Arena.
15. Our neighbors have requested that we do not use their driveways to turn around or back
up. Many of their fences have been broken in the past.
16. Please observe the speed limit on the road. There are small children near us and
neighbors who like to be out walking.
17. If a neighbor complains to you about a situation, please contact a board member and let
them know. The Wranglers try to work with our neighbors and take care of problems
when they first happen.
